  • Handling Time

It's important to clarify that your order processing times are separate from the shipping duration at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

  • Shipping Duration

We have setup Euro, USA, Australia, Russian and Canada warehouses, generately, the order of printer, filament and resin will be shipped from local warehouse; if the inventory is out of stock, we will ship them from China. 

  1. USA: It will be shipped from our US warehouse located in Los Angles by USPS/UPS, usually it will take 5-15 business days, which depends on the state location. And it's FREE shipping. 
  2. European Countries:The order will be shipped normally from the nearby Euro warehouse, and it will take 3-15 business days. Order from the country in European listed countries is FREE shipping. 

European Listed Countries:

France | Germany | Italy | Netherland | Belgium | Luxembourg | Denmark | Ireland |United Kingdom | Greece | Spain | Portugal | Austria | Finland | Sweden | Poland | Czech Republic | Hungary | Slovakia | Slovenia | Cyprus | Malta | Latvia | Lithuania | Estonia | Bulgaria | Romania | Croatia 

  1. Australia: usually it will take 5-10 business days, the buyer needs to pay $218 shipping. 
  2. Canada: usually it will take 5-10 business days, the buyer needs to pay customs tax and $140 shipping.
  3. Asia Regions:It will be shipped from our CN warehouse located in Shenzhen, China, usually it will take 10-20 business days. Order from the country in Asia listed regions is FREE shipping, but NOT included tariff.

Asia Listed Regions:

South Korea | Japan | Malaysia | Singapore | India | Taiwan | HongKong | Macao | Thailand | India 

  1. Latin American Countries:Please contact us directly before order to get the latest shipping cost, due to the freight is different every day.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We suggest you DO NOT input your PO box address in order, because some carrier will have limitation to ship to this address.
