The laser developed a fault after only 3 days of use: a limit switch was defective. These things happen – that’s understandable. What really disappointed me, however, was how the warranty claim was handled.
When I originally ordered the laser, it was shipped from Germany – fast and straightforward. But when I filed a warranty claim for the defective limit switch, Longer sent the replacement part from China. That means weeks of waiting for a tiny component that would surely be available in Europe.
For a product in this price range, I expect a European spare parts service and fast support in warranty cases – not a shipment from the Far East that leaves the laser unusable for weeks

I didn't get everything I ordered, I only got 3 things, I didn't get the cnc with a 20w laser and I didn't get the 440x440 stand... they say they sent it but I still haven't received that package and the code is the same as the rest that came home
after support, the laser works fine. So product is fine and support is fine.
