Refund & replacement Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped out.

Returns policy

We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we accept the return and give a refund in EUR.

Conditions of Return

If the order has already been delivered, a return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will need to provide the original receipt and pay a service fee for the refund.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.                                                                                                                                                                          

  • All products, packages, and materials must be intact. 
  • If it's a machine, it must have lasered less than 50 times. 
  • Materials purchased separately can't be returned.                                                                                                                                                               

Note: The percentage of the service fee will be calculated based on the total price of the order, including tax and shipping costs. Exchanging a product after delivery is not allowed.

Replacement Policy

Normally, our replacement policy starts when you receive the goods and ends three months after receipt. The replacement policy only applies to machines purchased from official channels by LONGER.

Replacement terms

1. Within 15 days of receipt of the purchased product: You can request a replacement product. LONGER will cover the cost of shipping to and from your location. 2. Between 15 days and 30 days of receipt: you will need to pay us 15% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs. Between 30 days and 3 months of receipt: you will need to pay us a 40% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: The percentage of service fees mentioned above is based on the total price of goods. If you require a replacement machine that costs more than you paid for, you'll have to pay the difference.

Non-replaceable situation 

  • The product has been received for more than 3 months. 
  • The product was purchased through non-LONGER channels. 
  • The product returned to LONGER does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use. 
  • The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests. 
  • Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
