Funktioniert sehr gut und ist sehr hilfreich beim Einrichten und positionieren.

The display only works on the Longer B1 after the correct firmware has been installed. This is described in the enclosed instructions and works without any problems.

Why a separate display at all?
In my setup, the laser and 3D printer are in the basement, but my workstation is in the apartment. There is a WLAN connection, but the laser always has to be loaded and prepared. The original Makerbase web interface was ok but not always stable via the web browser.

A completely new firmware is installed with the display. This has many advantages. Can be operated via the Longer app, new functions such as scanning the work area before starting are great. The laser also moves to the home position much faster than before.

Summary: There is not only the display but also a modern firmware with much more comfort.
