The machine engraves beatififully and text look amazing. However, it look us quite a bit off effort to get started. We still have some doubts, especially about how to engrave múltiple different signs at The same time.
Excelent portable laser. I'm very satisfied with it. Literally plug and play!
Item was larger than expected but in good order. Arrived on time and package was undamaged. Build is still pending, will comment further when completed
after support, the laser works fine. So product is fine and support is fine.
